Do you have to cry sometimes with out a specific reason.. it is really hurts and you can not tell anybody about it because you don't know what to say "you just want to cry". In that moment you hate life and remember all the worst things forgotten the good one . It is very hard to talk and to write because you are crying .. you really like to scream with a loud voice, you just want to talk but you cant even with someone closer to you, maybe because you didn't know what to tell..?! it is too much pain and
you should hold yourself but you can't.. In a simple way.. YOU JUST WANT TO CRY

I agree with you that sometimes you want to cry with out knowing the reason and if it happens that you know the reason then you will not find that person you can tell him or her.
This may happen beacuse you don't trust other people or even if you trust in them you don't want him or her to feel sad seeing you crying so at the end you decide to cry alone and it's really too much pain.

i used to cry without tell any one about my reason to crying.....cuz sometimes i dont have any reasons or cant express what i feel.....

Do not cry toomuch.You should have agood trust in Allah.Be happy even of your sadness.Keep in your mind that even of sad memories ,it will come that suny days.The sun will rise and the day will comes after the long night .Believe in Allah who creats you from nothing.finally my dear you should know that sadness causes danger diseases like canser .Thank Allah for his blessing and be faithful darling clean your heart from sins you did.At the end get ready for the death you will leave this life one day so be afraid of Allah .Remind your self of judgement.
